Johnathan brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a profound dedication to enhancing patient care and operational excellence. As the CEO of Harmony Healthcare, a leading hospice and Management Service Organization, he spearheads innovative strategies that prioritize compassionate end-of-life care while ensuring the seamless integration of services across the healthcare continuum. Further, Johnathan brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, operational improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Under his leadership, Harmony Healthcare has achieved significant milestones, including expansion of services, creating end of life resources and curriculum and enhancing the delivery of quality of end-of-life care to the community and cultivating strategic community partnerships.

Her journey began early, starting as a medical assistant in a primary care setting at just 18 years old. It was here that she first discovered her passion for patient care, a passion that would lead her to specialize in hospice and palliative care.
Her pivotal role in hospice care has spanned 15 years, during which she has provided invaluable comfort and support to countless patients and their families during their most challenging moments. This dedication is deeply personal, rooted in her experience with her brother’s battle with leukemia, which highlighted to her the critical need for compassionate end-of-life care.
At the heart of Cristina’s approach is her belief in the power of empathy, effective communication, and holistic care. These principles not only guide her interactions with patients but also shape her advocacy efforts, particularly within the elderly community. Her collaborative spirit is evident in her partnership with Dr. Nicholas Juaregui, a palliative care specialist who has played a significant role in influencing her perspective and approach.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Cristina treasures her role as a mother to three children and her nearly decade-long marriage to Gabriel. Family and friends hold a special place in her life, and she cherishes spending quality time with them, especially in outdoor settings.

Dr. Nicholas Jauregui, MD, hails from the sunny state of California, born in Santa Ana to a bustling family of nine siblings. His childhood was spent amidst the rustic charm of a small farm in North San Diego County, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and community.
A devoted father, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui takes pride in his role as a parent to his three children: a 18 year-old daughter, and two sons aged 17 and 15. Their energy and curiosity mirror his own, igniting his passion for both family and professional pursuits.
Dr. Nicholas Jauregui embarked on his academic journey at the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with honors, distinguished as a Summa Cum Laude graduate. His academic pursuits also included minors in Psychology and Music, reflecting his multidisciplinary interests and holistic approach to healthcare.
Fueled by a desire to serve others, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui was awarded a prestigious full academic scholarship from the Medical Education and Research Foundation to attend UCSD School of Medicine. Here, he honed his skills and dedication, emerging as a compassionate physician with a commitment to excellence.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a heart for service, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui pursued specialization in multiple fields, becoming triple board certified in Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and as a Physician Executive with the American College of Physician Executives. This diverse expertise equipped him to address the complex needs of patients and communities with empathy and expertise.
Throughout his career, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui has been at the forefront of innovative palliative care initiatives, serving as the chief study investigator for numerous programs funded by the Uni Health Foundation. His research and leadership have contributed significantly to advancing palliative care practices and improving patient outcomes.
In addition to his research endeavors, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui is deeply committed to medical education, serving as a Palliative Care Teaching Attending for Loma Linda University Hospitals' Family Medicine Residency Program. He also holds the esteemed position of Medical Director for Supportive Care Medical Group, overseeing operations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties and just recently, CorePhysicians Medical Group, overseeing operations in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside County.
As he looks to the future, Dr. Nicholas Jauregui is dedicated to continuing his mission of providing high-quality healthcare, palliative care, and leadership within his community. With a blend of expertise, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to service, he strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he serves.
